Building accessibility together

Accessibility is achieved through collaboration. We’re proud to work alongside organizations, innovation hubs, and accessibility leaders who share our vision of transportation that works for everyone.

Why VisioRide exists

Getting an accessible ride shouldn’t be the hardest part of the day

Today

  • —An accessible ride often means a phone call, a favour, or a long wait.
  • —Drivers rarely know how to assist visual, hearing, or mobility needs.
  • —Families are left without visibility once the ride begins.

With VisioRide

  • Book in seconds — by tap or entirely by voice.
  • Every helper is trained for accessibility, not just driving.
  • Guardians follow the whole journey, in real time.

One trip.
Four people living the same fifteen minutes.

Nadia rides alone. Her brother watches the map. The driver knows not to touch her cane. The clinic closes the file.Pick a person — the trip doesn’t change. What they get does.

Built with, not for. Every line the app speaks was written with blind and low-vision riders, not about them. All events shown are illustrative — a real logged trip goes in before launch.

When is VisioRide launching?

We’re launching in Doha in 2026, starting with a pilot. Join the waitlist and you’ll be among the first riders.

Who is VisioRide for?

Anyone who finds ordinary transport hard — blind and low-vision riders, wheelchair users, seniors, and the people and clinics who support them.

Are the drivers trained?

Yes. Every helper completes accessibility onboarding and knows exactly how to assist before each ride — no guesswork, no awkward favours.

Can someone book on my behalf?

Yes. A family member, caregiver, or clinic can book and follow the ride, with live location and an automatic safe-arrival check-in.

Are the vehicles wheelchair-accessible?

Our fleet is adapted electric vehicles with step-free access and secured spaces, matched to your needs when you book.

How does the AI help?

It works quietly in the background — matching the right driver, learning your preferences, and choosing calmer, safer routes.

How much will a ride cost?

Pricing will be simple and transparent, in line with standard Doha ride fares — with no surprise surcharge for accessibility.

Which areas of Doha will you serve?

We begin with a focused pilot zone in Doha and expand across the city as the fleet grows.

Is my location and data kept private?

Yes. Trip location is shared only with the people you choose, and your data is handled securely and never sold.

How do I become a VisioRide helper?

Reach out through our contact page — every helper completes accessibility training before their first ride.
